99 Restaurants - Hanover St, Lebanon

We eat at 99 about once a month. The service is always great. Food comes out quickly. It's steaming hot. If I had a complaint it would be,I wish they had more gluten dairy free options. This last time we went the server was very knowledgeable about which dishes we could order if any modifications could be made. She even pointed out there could be wheat in the gravy. She was very helpful.Dietary restrictions: I'd like to see more gluten free dairy free options. He was able to order a burger on a gluten free bun. He wanted to order one of the specials but couldn't find one that was gf DF.The server was knowledgeable about what things would contain wheat, more so than most servers. She was impressive.I do wish there were more items to choose from. He can't have anything with breading, gravy, soy sauce, milk, cheese, cream, flour.It is difficult to find restaurants that can accommodate his dietary needs. I do appreciate that 99 has some options is making the effort to accommodate everyone.

Food is good. I ordered delivery to the hospital and called to see what was happening with our order because it took so long. First, the automated system hung up on me… great design there. Second the girl that answered the phone had no compassion for this situation. Did not offer for me to speak to a manager or anything. If there is a problem, you get a manager… it is a very simple concept.This is the second time we’ve ordered from 99 in a week. This will be the last, even if the food is far better than hospital food…My husband ordered from the bar the first time and the bartender took half his order then disappeared. Great work overall… truly comical.

Funny bar tender. Got in here for an early lunch and service was quick.

Always a favorite. I had turkey dinner. Generous portions and an affordable price.

Food was good, super busy due to eclipse tourists but our waitress was great and handled it well!
