This is the hands down the best place to get Pho Bobba bubble tea in Baltimore! Customer service is always phenomenal, and the employees are so excited to take care of you! Food is excellent, delicious and always consistent in appearance, taste and serving! The atmosphere is covered, modern and very CLEAN!!! Paul was so nice. After a fantastic conversation he gave me my food and greeted me for the next time. I HIGHLY recommend Phubs to anyone who wants a delicious meal from a truly admirable food place! Thank you.

I checked before, but I just have to say as a weekly customer that customer service is always better and better... Always ask extra meat and from today additional noodles requested and they are then happier to commit... I can't say enough great things about Phub's great people amazing customer service and delicious food... In any case hard to come on these days but you found out!

This is the best PHO, yew know? The place is great atmosphere if you wanna eat in, or just call in for pickup and stop by. The broth is amazing, the veggies are fresh and crisp the dishes are up to par with what good food should be and they have organic beer! Healthy veggie options and lots of stuff for meatlovers alike, beautiful and delicious either way! cheers!
