Ledo Pizza - Hanover

Worst Ledo Pizza location, racist franchise owner, very hostile. The pizza is good as always but the customer service was awful. I believe the owner also has their children working at this location, the children aka staff was also racist. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was sent Ledos email today about National Cheese Pizza Day for 10.00 purchase you get a free 8inch cheese pizza if order in app or online for rewards members. I was like deal, I am rewards member. Neither App nor online website would accept the reward said something went wrong with application, reward not valid I called location to advise them but to see if would honor it if placed over phone. Gentlemen on phone said if you come by, I will honor it if you can show me error. I hop in car on lunch break since close and stop in to instead do order in person and show him since he was willing to do. When I arrived, was greeted by young lady, told her of issue and the guy I spoke to even said Oh she called told her can show error we will honor it. Got a pretty rude response from her that we will do you a favor this time.. I cut her off and said favor? He actually asked me to show him, I drove here to do so and doing me a favor? Nonetheless not a happy experience today. I didn 't advertise free pizza, Ledos did... Food was greqt but didnt need that response. No, oh sorry app isn 't working or anything. I know next time. Another mediocre to below average experience at this Ledo. I will say that when the owner is there, he's on top of everything. When the younger manager is there... It's the opposite. As a former GM for Ledo I have high expectations, but I'm also very forgiving about things that happen in restaurants. We walked in at 8:30pm this evening, excited to eat... Only to be told that the dining room was closed (without any actual reason). The waitress had obviously made more then enough money today, but she had to ask the young man in charge why the dining room was closed. I'm not sure what the point is when you run a business, but don't want to serve your customers. We went to order for carry-out. It seemed pricey compared to what I expected. While my wife went to the restroom, I used the website to check on the exact order (and found that online it was $3 cheaper). My wife came back from the restroom to let me know that she was lucky enough to use the last 2 squares of TP. I really wish there was consistency in the way this place was run... Unfortunately the majority of our trips end in disappointment. The owner seems to be there during the daytime, but when he leaves it's obvious that the kids run the daycare. Recently held a school fundraiser there and Daniel was amazing! Due to an unfortunate call-out, he was a one-man-show but he hustled to make sure every customer, whether dine-in or carryout, was taken care of.
