Domino's Pizza - Hanover

Had take out for DHMC. Forgot the soda but gentleman went back for it!

It says that the store closes at 3 am, but this is the third time during the week that I have tried to order pizza but the store is already closed before 2 am.

This place is a godsend. I was a college student and thus had many late nights where I needed food, and Domino's was always reliable. They do delivery pretty late into the night, long after every other food place in Hanover (save for maybe the bars) has closed. It's made fast, arrives/is ready when they say it will be, and is almost always correct. The portions and food quality are reasonable for the price, which is typically very affordable. I'm lucky this place exists and hope it continues supporting the other late-nighters in the area!

So my night nurse hubby loves Domino 's gluten-free pizza, and often picks up an order from the Hanover New Hampshire store on his way to work. He gets enough to last the whole 12-hour night shift so today when the order could not be found when my running late hubby went to pick it up he faced a long night with no options for food for 12 long hours. So I called the Domino 's store and, after a short chat with someone who clearly could not help, Michael the manager stepped in and totally saved the day. His customer service and problem solving approach were spot on and stellar. He solved every problem we encountered including the no longer applicable carry out discount. I 'm I 'm a customer service problem solver myself, but truly Michael made my head spin, so impressive was he! Truly Michael deserves accolades, arrays, and a trip to Hawaii for being so awesome and employee! Way to go Michael_________________________DOMINO 'S AT 73 S MAIN ST IN HANOVER

I ordered delivery on CHRISTMAS EVE I was a patient in the hospital and they dropped off the wrong order and it was WAY more food than the order I placed and cost more. I instantly called and they were closed?!? Not happy OH and the driver took a tip out anyway. I still have yet to be refunded! I don’t want free pizza I want my $40 back since I left the food at the front door.
