Bidrage med feedbackWe wanted traditional French and they totally nailed it. The restaurant manager, Pham Van Kien, provided excellent wine by the glass suggestions for each of our courses. The foie gras was superb and cauliflower veloute was a balanced collection of flavors. The preparation of the lobster bisque tableside was a show and the coq au vin could easily be split between two adults. The prices are hi-so but understandable given the high quality of service, preparation execution of our meal.
Had dinner for 2 here a few nights ago. Good food, but considering the price, it could have been better. Service was great though. Ly Anh was very attentive courteous. Made the whole dining experience wonderful.

I stayed at the Capella, but came here to try French. Absolutely wonderful. The lobster bisque is flambeed tableside, high quality foie gras, duck, chicken and sole imported from France, absolute tender Wagyu steak, a large selection of French cheeses and the to die for crepe suzette. The renovated dining room exudes the elegance that Gustave Eiffiel must have experienced when dining here. Nice wine list as well had a nice 2016 Pomeral thats hard to find in Asia. Splurge here when in Hanoi.
