Bidrage med feedbackI've eaten 5 times in this restaurant. for the first and second time I felt like in the sky because I crazy about seafood! there are many dishes and seafood are fresh (shrinks still jump up and down in plate). many employees, but also many customers. it's always full. people everywhere, so loud that we can't hear what we were talking about. when they eat here too lunch, they should be there at 10.30AM or 11am because it starts to do crazy busy from 11.30AM people even (very long) for some dishes. I would rate poseidon 5 stars for my first and second time there. but now I like it less. I don't think I'm going there in the near future. p. s. if they are an expat, they may not like this restaurant. for my friend who is west hates this place.
Good seafood place. Try to get a window seat for less crowded that way, because sitting in the center is noisy. Went there twice, and its quality get better.
If you decide to have a meal here I suggest you should be a teenager or love being in the middle of a noisy atmosphere. Very crowded and noisy, not good for family or business partner. They have many things to eat but nothing can meet up with a restaurant's standard.
Food was plentiful. Quality was good. Atmosphere was like an echoy church hall. Tables were too cramped together to navigate back to your seat. Impossible when your bum is big, and/or carrying a child. That would be a 3 star rating, but the incredible lack of health and safety regarding the play area. (2nd floor of the restaurant). They had an unsupervised play area waiting for a child to fall and seriously injure themselves. Play equipment was loose. This insecure and unbalanced was just placed there for kids to fall... And they did. Absolutely idiotic.
Really disappointed with the staff attitude here. The service process is not worthy of a restaurant chain like this. The food is average but I can still see it. But the attitude of receptionist is terrible, they have a bad attitude when the customer calls. I booked a table but could not come and informed them late, what I got was a scolding from the staff. I apologize for the incident but what you are not allowed is to yell at customers. Please respect your customers if you want to work in the F&B industry
