Bidrage med feedbackThe short version: arrogantes wetin, not a card, but 3 dishes with a lower price, more convenient device and unpleasant atmosphere. it made the impression that the prices are not mentioned before on multiple query then already, but then with one, if they have to ask anyway, they cannot afford to fall. the ordered bark fillet, which we would like to have the bark fillet, what the next table ordered, was then not a very thick juicy piece as next door, but a cut filet tip on some ructtcola blächen. for this fillet end piece 28 was then something threesome, especially since it was not the ordered food. the burrata ordered as an appetizer was small Latin, with 5 hauch thin mangosheibchen and some balsamico cream garnished. for 8 9 eur would have been in the sight of the very manageable part, here was the fun 13, . the eating itself was qualitatiw good, but clearly overpriced and in view of the high-natured service and the not particularly pleasant atmosphere also had not been any real joy. After the other 4 guests had gone, we were the only guests from 20:00 a.m. after 21:00 a.m. we spent 3 persons with 1 bottle of still water and 2 glasses house wine rich 150, and we felt cebit typical zoomed.
From eating, the best restaurant in the city hannover, better than the island etc. only comparable to ole deele in burgwedel! super eating and great hostess, they really feel like with mama!
In the quirligen district of Linden (for the Hamburger among you: as a bush as Ottensen; multikulti, partly genitrated, partly still clone on half the stairs and all in between we do another attempt to find a good Italian after the Salerno near Toto was such a flop. The narrow Viktoriastrasse is locked towards the larger Fössestraße for cars, i.e. a tranquil local road, in which, as almost everywhere in Linden, parking is simply not possible. So here are Öffis. The restaurant itself is very small, I counted 8 tables, white covered. We were very kindly received by the white-locked host. There is a small, outdoor menu, but the host presents us from the head of all the delicacies offered today. The selection is hard under 10 different appetizers, 4 pastage dressings with homemade noodles, 3 fish and 3 meat dishes (I believe, because I can no longer remember everything. This procedure is, of course, very clever, because the host only reveals what the individual dishes cost. As a result, the effect is the same as in a ladies card : You may order dishes before the price of which you would have been put back. For the first time there was a delicious, good bread with an olive oil flavored with lemon peel, sage, rosemary, garlic and chilli pepper. What we had, however, was worth the prizes: fennel carpaccio with orange fillets (5.30 : not sampled, I don't like a fennel grilled octopus on Ruccola (approx. 12 Euro : butter soft and super delicious Dorade with salad (23.50 : was good, but gets no top note the highlight was clearly the Iberico pork chop with Semmel50. Huh, we asked, what are these mushrooms? Never heard. The nice host presented us a sample. A relatively dry slat fungus with a relatively little scent, but stunning from taste; like a mixture of mushroom and pifferling. The Kotelett was nicely cut thick and therefore very juicy inside with the typical taste of Iberico boar. The salad served to the main dishes was good with a mustard Vinaigrette; the vegetables were typical Italian dull. Even what was served on the neighboring tables looked really great, and also fantastic as the spaghettini with planned truffles. The wine recommended for this was a Sauvignon from Friuli called Claps. Great choice and bottle price appropriate. For my escort, another Crème Brûlée, which has to be worked on. The purchase of a gas burner is simply indispensable for this dessert. The crème was too warm, the crust on top was not present. The toilets are sparklessy clean and apparently quite new. *Quality*: A small jewel with high-class kitchen and high-quality goods, paired with nice service, where there is no pizza of course.
