They assumed I knew all about their business model already and never told me to sit down, order, etc. The guy taking orders was playing on his phone and there were two inappropriately dressed teenagers that also appeared to be employees sitting down at a booth. I was there at prime dinner time. Overall unimpressed with the unprofessional service. However, the food was pretty good.
Best sushi place I've been to : we used to go back when it was a food truck and it was amazing, but when you eat in the building, they have the coolest presentation too. And try their boba! I'm not a big fan of hibachi in general but theirs is definitely the best I've had, so I recommend that too!
Food was amazing the service was phenomenal there was good juju.
We were able to order timely but all tables were full except the two-person high tops down the hall. Any open seat was still waiting to be bussed. Sushi rolls all seemed to be comprised of 4-5 ingredients and not a lot of variety. Only waited 10-12 minutes for food. All appetizers were pretty good. Sushi was not great. Too much sauce and just overall not satisfying.
Ever since they left the food truck they've gone down hill! My food is never right. I pay for steak and chicken but they always forget 1. If they don't forget it they have rice all over it and I don't order rice, I get noodles. Rice makes me gag. The portions are waaaay smaller now too. And don't expect an apology of any kind for their mess up. Horrible customer service
