Tim Horton's - Hanna

I recently visited Hanna for coffee. The service was good and I really enjoyed the coffee. There were plenty of seats inside, all of which were clean, including the restroom. The restaurant is conveniently located near the information center in Hanna.

I don't typically go to Tim's, but there isn't much variety in Hanna. One thing I appreciate is the consistency of the food quality. However, this place always seems to be out of food when you order, with a plethora of excuses that really just indicate a lack of organization from the staff. Based on other reviews, it seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend dining here.

There's the coronavirus. No one is allowed in the restaurant so that you believe they have more food ready. They had no eggs ready. No chicken ready. No soup. And her bare Capp machine was out of order. I have more food in my house....Service was terrible and only this place Tim Hortons is terrible. Don't go there. You go over the street to go to subway as I did for food.

We were travelling through on our way to Saskatchewan and required breakfast. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food we ordered was hot and order was correct.

Great coffee but make sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru because 9/10 times your order will be wrong
