Old Post Office - Hanmer Springs

Me and my partner came to Old Post Office Restaurant for valentines dinner. I got a large catch of the day, he got pasta of the day. My meal was fantastic, fish and chips were well cooked, salad was very complimentary of the fried components. Accompanying sauce was also magic. He said his pasta was fantastic. Would definitely return next time we're in town.

Absolutely one of the best roast beef dinners I've ever had in 60+ years (even better than mum's). Meat slow cooked 4 hours, tender fell apart at a touch. Veges also perfect. First class service and hospitality.

Amazing meal tonight3 of us had the chicken Burgers its the first time in ages I've had a real chicken breast in a Burger (not deep fried). Very niceGood size meal Value. My partner had the roast struggled to finish his meal. Best roast he's ever had! Lovely atmosphere, not to noisy. Staff were very friendly. Definitely be back next time we r in Hanmer. Thankyou

Second time I've been here and fantastic both times. Food was great. The roast beef was melt in your mouth. All the staff were attentive and friendly and great banter with my 3 young sons. Highly recommend.
