Ihop - Hanford

The restaurant's service and cleanliness were excellent. The staff, including our hosts, waiters, and managers, were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Despite being busy, we were seated quickly and our food arrived promptly. However, the dishes at IHOP lacked a home-cooked flavor and seemed basic and lacking in seasoning. My kids ordered chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes, Nutella crepes, and hot cocoa, while I had the big breakfast with coffee. Our bill came out to about $70 for the three of us, which seemed quite pricey for a breakfast meal with kids. One thing I appreciated was that they kept the coffee pot on the table so we could easily refill our cups.

The facilities were extremely clean, the staff was professional and accommodating, and the service was excellent! After having three terrible experiences at IHOP years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by the huge improvements. I will definitely be returning for lunch.
