Wing Bistro Chicken And Waffles

My first encounter at this restaurant really turned me off. The hostess was rude and acted like she didn't know any answers to simple questions. I just walked out because honestly I would've let her have it. Buuuuttttt, let's get into today's visit!!!! My bestie wanted wings and told me to give this restaurant another try. We had heard great reviews and the food looks amazing on their Instagram page. We went today and this place exceeded my expectations. For an appetizer, we had the Buffalo Chicken Dip and it was so good. So flavorful and savory. The buffalo sauce wasn't too spicy and the heated tortilla chips was a great combination. My bestie had 6 wings in the flavor honey lemon pepper with fries. She raved about how juicy and crunchy the wings were. She loved them. I had 5 tenders and waffles. I had been craving chicken and waffles for some times. I thought they only had two flavors of waffles, but then the waitress started naming off all the flavors and I just couldn't decide. I ended up getting the Oreo waffles and I was a little hesitant because I had never had that before, but HONEY LET ME TEL YOU!!!! It was AMAZING!!!!!! I couldn't get enough and the syrup just made it even better. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!!

Service sucks first of all , the host asked were we ready to order before we got a menu. It was freezing in there. Food sucks worst turkey chops I've had for $16 . Seems they cut the chops up to expand there product. I expected turkey chops with some good gravey. It was like teriyaki sauce . It took almost and hour just to get our food the host never came back to check on the tables. One table walked out. There were numerous teen boys and grown males walking in and out the restroom. As they then went out side to smoke right in front of the door. Smoke filled the air as they ran back in forth. Oh let's not forget they serve your food automatically in Togo boxes‍ I will never recommend this place. Wasted time and money. I went to wawa and got a salad I really wanted my money back but we were afraid that would take another hour‍

First and foremost the food is top notch here. This is my second time visiting this establishment and I live a couple hours away in-laws live in the area). The service was lackluster but the food in my opinion makes up for it. I had a pickup order and when I went in I waited over 5 minutes just for someone to come from the back. That may not seem like a long time but when you are at a place of business it seems like an eternity. So instantly I was a little put off. Overall I would try this place again, just won't expect good customer service.

Should be called jerk mac-n-cheese because you pay $4 then get jerked because you don't even get enough to cover the bottom of the container. Charging premium prices but delivering minimum results. Good luck to your business.

I made an online order for pickup and it took 90 minutes to get my food. I got there on time and it was supposed to be ready. It wasn't, so I was supposed to wait 5 minutes....that turned into 30+minutes. The bag was light but I was eager to get home. I didn't check- 1/3 of the order was missing! I went back to get the rest but if this was delivery, I'd be screwed. Also, why is there only one person working front of house??? This girl was busboy, waitress, hostess, and bartender for 40 guests and pick up orders. WTF?? If back of house is that poorly run, no wonder it took forever to get my food, no wonder stuff was missing. The food is just okay; I wouldn't go back. Overall, I could get over the quirky (I'm being generous) atmosphere and service but I could get better somewhere else.
