Polly's - Hampton

Eating is delicious! no false view, it looks like it tastes. I've been here for two years from florida. that has brought me back to my grandmother. the service was definitely at the top. collect them rehearse before they buy a . I am back.

Right now, Polly's is only serving meals to go. I met my friend for lunch at the restaurant and we were immediately greeted by a friendly employee who offered samples of side dishes. I ordered the chicken wing and fish combo with collard greens and candied yams and lemon pound cake for dessert. Everything was delicious! I took a menu before leaving because I will definitely be back!

Overall food was good and service was fair . I had wings , cabbage and green beans . My mom ordered wings and the fish plate .. they food was good seasoned right and came with good portions for the price . Only downside was it did taste salty but really a lot of soul food joints tend to be heavy with the sodium . I definitely be back in the future but don’t plan on eating like this often .

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. However, the inside needs some improvement to it's functionality, decor, and appearance. As soon as you walk in all of the customers are bunched up together, trying to place an order or pick up an order. The menu also needs to be up on a board instead of sheets of paper on a table. Which is used, touched and put back down by all customers. Only reason why I gave them a 3 star.

I order two fish and chicken meals. Both meats were fried in very old grease to the point my food tasted so bad I threw the whole plate away. The cornbread taste as if it was left out for a while. I don’t know if I will go back here. It was too pricey for my food $46) to look and taste the way it did.
