Chuck E. Cheese - Hampton

This location was so clean and beautiful. The staff was so courteous and attentive. My son had so much fun. Thank you. We'll be back for more. The 30-minute drive worth. He just played 2 hours. It was early and it wasn't crowded.

I really liked it being empty. Less people less germs, that's me. The machines need someone clean where some are pretty dirty. Remember, children touch everything and these already 3 to 14 years old children so.... about all the good place to celebrate birthdays and I love the card system. Eating was good, but CC should update the menu to more than pizza is decades. Thank you.

This was my first time in a Chuck E. Cheese in probably twenty years. I didn't know what to expect, but it was so much better than I remember. I took my son to a birthday party. The kids had so much fun. The staff for the party was quick to offer adult help. The place was very clean. It wasn't too loud, so it was easy to talk. Overall, I had a good time and my son already speaks of his birthday.

The new guidelines in place demanded that you buy a card and then add money to it to play the children. The game time is based on points or the time you want to play. My grandson and I only had a few minutes between the dates and I told him we could go for about 15 minutes, which wasn't part of one of their plans. So I had to buy a card for more than this time so he can play. Most of the time was not pleasant, because the young lady in the register was rude when the basketball games he wanted to play did not work, so I had to go back and forth to find help as they stood there to look at me and decide each other who wanted to help us. Chuck e-Käse ran off in terms of customer service. I will try again to my grandson's sake and hope that next time will have a better experience.

My son wanted to come here for dinner for his birthday, and I was shocked at how clean the place is and how friendly the employees are. Their kid safety check process made me feel comfortable letting my children run around. We ordered dinner for a family of five (three adults and two kids) and paid for unlimited games for both kids for 30 minutes, and our total came out to right around $100 which is a great value. The whole facility was sanitary and inviting, the food was reasonably quick and the kids loved it, and we could even pause the play time to sit down to eat and resume it afterwards with no penalty! We will definitely be back and I hope more people read this review and decide to give this place a visit with their kids!
