Bidrage med feedbackToday, I went to Hardee’s to pick up breakfast, like I normally do when I may in town visiting my family. When I walked in, no one was attending to the front register. I heard someone talking, in an extremely loud voice, in a bit of a condescending way. Someone from the drive thru finally came to take my order, at which time, the person (I’m assuming this was Tilena, because that’s what’s printed on my receipt and she wasn’t wearing a nametag) who was on the phone came back to the counter and began complaining about a customer that had just called in with an issue with a mobile order. This person, who I can only guess was the manager on duty, told the story about the phone call in an extremely loud voice (I mention that because I’m hard of hearing, so if I can hear her clearly, I can only imagine how others might be bothered by it). The other employee, a lady working the drive thru made the comment that “any person of average intelligence” would be able to understand that what the customer needed to do was in the app, not the store. What bothered me the most was the employees talking disparagingly, in front of customers, and with other folks in the dining room trying to enjoy their meal. That’s not ok, and it didn’t seem to occur to either of the employees that this isn’t appropriate to do. That’s not what ai consider good customer service or respectful.
Stopped by this morning for a Frisco breakfast combo large. Asked for water as my drink. Was told it would be an additional $3.09 for the choice of water.
The food and service was great and our order was right. Parking: There was plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: I don’t have kids yet but this restaurant does have a kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not wheelchair bound but this restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Waited in the lobby for 5 minutes at 210 pm, not a single soul was in the kitchen or restaurant, seemed vacant almost.
Slowest drive through ever. Averages at 5-10 minutes per car.
