Dunkin' - Hampden

Food seems to be too expensive 8$ for a cheeseburger with soggy bread. I bought two burgers one seemed to be a little under cooked Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3

Long wait. Not very friendly. Good was good though.

I've stopped in here many times for convenience of the location. I do want to point out I've never had an issue (besides a forgotten item twice before) until today. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. I leave and about 10 minutes away. Open my first wrap...very clearly a dark hair about 3 or 4 inches long, wirey. I gag a little...it was on the sandwich and obvious enough idk how it could of been missed. Then I decided to open the wrap, not one not two but three more short hairs inside. Now my appetite is completely gone. I am too far away to turn back so I call and ask to speak to the manager. She says she's sorry and offers me another wrap or my money back. My coworker ordered a bagel twist and had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. Not only that but he had to remind the cashier that he was still wanting for his order. This Dunkin is normally very good BUT in this case it's getting a three star rating because of the non-exceptional job.
