Ochi - Hammersmith and Fulham

My partner has been raving about this place for a while now, so I decided to try it for the first time yesterday. I ordered some dishes to take home and try. The curry goat was delicious, despite having a lot of bones. The jerk chicken was amazing, and the oxtail was also really good. The dumplings were huge, bigger than my head even! Overall, it was a great first experience at this restaurant.

My friend and I ordered from Ochi via Deliveroo for dinner on a Saturday night. I chose the brown stew chicken with rice and peas, while she opted for curry chicken with plain rice. We also shared a side of roti skins. Our food arrived on time and was still hot, thanks to the tightly wrapped packaging. The portions of meat and rice were generous. The brown stew chicken had a dark, sticky glaze and was tender and flavorful. The rice and peas were light and fluffy with a good amount of kidney beans and the fried plantain added a nice touch. My friend was pleasantly surprised to find that she had been given curry goat instead of curry chicken, but she enjoyed it nonetheless. The roti skins were light and airy, although they could have benefitted from some sauce to dip them in. For dessert, we indulged in a tub of Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, which arrived frozen and delicious. Overall, the meal of two meat dishes, two rices, two portions of roti, and a tub of ice cream was a good value for the quality and portion sizes we received. Despite the challenges of lockdown, online food delivery services allowed us to explore new restaurants, and I was pleased to have discovered Ochi.

No one can make fluffy rice like her. The perfectly cooked plantains. The savory one-pot fish dish with a delicious glaze. The Guinness punch is amazing. The kitchen and dining area are spacious.

Today I ordered the brown one-pot meat flour, and I inherit and eat rice, which was beautiful and delicious. was well cooked and piping hot on collection. also ordered a firm that was beautiful and soft and fresh again. this is the second time that I ordered from...here and I am still impressed.

The portions were huge and one of the best brown stew I tasted. all sides were huge and so delicious. very polite and large customer service.
