Domino's Pizza - Hammersmith and Fulham

Domino’s shepherd bush always deliver exactly what we order and with speedy turnaround. It’s the only place we go to for quick food delivered, cooked perfectly.. amazing service!

I rang on a Saturday night to order my complimentary pizza as the service was so dreadful before and the member of staff called me a stupid (sl*t) as I rang when they had already closed by mistake. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED

Went to Dominos in hope of a pizza. We ordered 4 pizzas and prepared to wait for “40 minutes” for it to be ready. 1 hour later, the person at the counter offers us a free drink and informs us that they are “really busy” and will require another 40 minutes to make the pizza. After the 40 minutes we are all impatient and hungry and are finally treated to 3 pizzas, NOT 4! Pizza tasted great though.

Placed order 23.30 confirmation 23.38 gets to 00.17 tracking system still says preping order? Called 4 times rings out then I get through only to be told oh there 's a delay no really it 's been 47mins this one is clever? Then to be told it will be another 30 mins minimum? Ok so now I 'm looking at 1 hour 17 mins minimum for one pizza? No customer service, not polite about the situation just deal with it. I then send a message to there head office and they reply I 'm sorry someone will be in contact in 5 days? Wow that 's probably when my pizza will turn up at this rate. Would never recommend, adivse to stay well clear? Poor level of service bad customer service, it wouldn 't have been that bad to just pick up the phone and let their customers know?

I am extremely disappointed with Dominos for allowing their branches to treat customers with such disrespect. I recently ordered a couple of pizzas on the Tuesday night offer for delivery, and when they arrived, one of them was incorrect with a small issue of missing sauce. I called to complain and after being put through to the manager, Thomas, I was essentially told that I was mistaken (I know the taste of Frank's hot sauce very well). What followed was a frustrating half hour of being lied to, hung up on, put on hold indefinitely, and refused the customer service phone number. I am 48 years old and have never been treated this way by any business. They eventually agreed to send out the missing sauce, but by then the pizza was cold and my appetite was gone. I am truly shocked by the lack of customer care.
