The restaurant experience was disappointing. Firstly, the wrong dishes were served, leading to frustration. Moreover, the food arrived late, testing our patience. The lack of organization among the waitstaff was evident, and customers seemed to be ignored. The loup de mer citronné and gratin de fruit de mer dishes were far from satisfying, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of taste. The high prices do not match the subpar service we received, especially in a location like Port El Kantaoui. Price per person: TND 100+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We arrived around 3 p.m. The waiter offered us a table but the tablecloth was dirty. I asked him to replace it, he replied: it's not dirty but just stained and if you don't like the place, you can go inside. I took his advice but instead of going inside, we left.

Very rude servers! I arrive, seeing a family leaving I start heading towards the table the waiter stops me telling me that this table is reserved and leaves without offering me anything without even explaining to me that it is on reservation or Nothing at all ! 0 politeness
