Tako - Hamilton Island

I ate At this place and have not been the same since. $75 for a bowl of homebrand corn chips, salsa a sour cream. Still sitting on the toilet a week later. About to be fitted with a drip. Don’t do it. AT

Would not eat there waste of money. made some people sick, paid $75 for horrible food and was very minimal equivalent of an entree. Gave me the squirts the next day

Food is ok, probably one of the cheaper places to eat on the island excluding drinks. During busy holiday periods they will send out your entree and mains at the same time resulting in table chaos.

We arrived as a group of 5 adults and 4 children. When we were waiting in line to be seated we were told that they didn’t have a table to seat all of us, and that we would have to sit separately. When we were seated they had 3 x 4 tables available next to each other and they sat us at two of them and told us we were not able to push them together. We obviously had tired hungry children and separated families so it seemed ridiculous that we were unable to make a larger table. We ended up pushing two together with no assistance. The food came out for the table and we still had no drinks. I think the service was poor especially coming from the manager, who could have easily accommodated us, it wasn’t overly busy.

Didn’t realise Hamilton Island had a special kids kitchen. I’ve bought women with a better taste for $75.
