Pebble Beach - Hamilton Island

Delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean, it really is spectacular here. The Australian brekkie of smoked bacon , poached eggs, spinach, tomato and mushrooms really hit the spot. The smoked salmon was also great as was the wilted spinach with eggs yes we ate a lot! For lunch we had the prawns and avocado salad and the squid with hummus both were light, fragrant and the perfect beachside lunch. Service is friendly, although the lunch took some time to prepare, but with a view like that who cares

Had the 8 course set menu but couldn't help but add the lobster foie gras to make it nine courses. Each course was interesting and well put together, and the matches wines just capped it off. The service was friendly and very knowledgeable which only added to the experience. By far the best eating experience in Hamilton Island.

Qualia features Long Pavilion, an exquisite dining venue with stunning views of the horizon and sea. The experience is truly luxurious, complemented by beautiful decor and a spacious interior. I adore everything on the menu; the dishes are as visually appealing as they are delicious. However, my order was forgotten, and I had to wait until everyone else finished their meal. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect 5 out of 5.

Amazing! Both restaurants are truly fantastic. The breakfast every day is simply divine, and Pebble Beach is the best. I dined there three times during my stay and enjoyed the most incredible hot seafood platter and lamb shoulder.

The standout moment of our recent visit to Hamilton Island was a birthday dinner. L's mother had graciously invited us for a private dinner on Pebble Beach at Qualia. Qualia is a prestigious 'six-star' resort on Hamilton Island, renowned internationally for its exceptional quality. Access to Qualia is through impressive gates reminiscent of Jurassic Park, and entry is only available by reservation. We arrived in our golf buggies just in time to catch the sunset, and were immediately greeted with a glass of champagne on the beach...
