The young woman who waited for us when we went to this business almost closing time tonight was one of the most beautiful fast food staff I ever had the pleasure of handling what, frankly, is a very rare find in today's less than stellar service industry workers. She was very nice, fast and efficient to get our order together, and went out of her way to incredibly respectful and accommodating to us from the moment we went in the door, all the way to the moment we went back. My friend and I joked around and started to involve them in our sillines, she was very nice and she did a great job to work with us as if we were teenagers. We were probably on her last nerve when we were gone, but she never showed it. Oil I rarely leave any institution with a lasting impression of a good customer service experience like what we have experienced with this well-manned young woman. I didn't catch her name, but I wish I had, so I could call her manager and ask if they recognized her excellent service and recommend to give her a well-earned increase!

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Subway. We've never been fond of this location anyway because they don't honor most of the discounts on the app. The app doesn't work either. When I asked the female employee what deals were on the app, she said I don't know and then refused to respond to any further questions. She was not courteous, she did not once smile and she rang my order up before my sandwich was even started and made me pay. (The male employee making the sandwiches did just fine). Then the female employee proceeded to smash and hack my sandwich. It was a complete mess and unappetizing when I got home. There were also large stems of spinach and the caps to the banana that were inedible. We absolutely will not be returning to Subway.
