Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is one of our favorite spots to get Chinese food from. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous (so much so that the containers can't even close when dining in), the rice is tender, and the service is quick and friendly. One thing that sets this place apart is that they offer chicken pieces with very little batter on them, which are delicious. They also have a special offer for purchases over $35 where you can choose from a free order of chicken fried rice, 6 large spring rolls, or 10 small spring rolls. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I'm unsure if they use MSG, as some of the dishes are very sweet and salty. However, if you're looking to indulge a bit, this is a great place to go. You may even be able to ask for less sauce on your dishes. I will try this on my next visit. Some of the dishes we tried were Chicken Fried Rice with Broccoli, Cantonese Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and BBQ Beef. Overall, a delicious experience that I highly recommend.
The Chinese food at Dragon Golden is the best I have tasted in years. My family and I drive all the way from Niagara to get their Dinner For 4 Special, which includes extra dishes, because where we live, a Dinner For 4 with less food would cost over $50. Dragon Golden has incredibly reasonable prices and the quality of the food is outstanding, with unique and delicious flavors. The family that owns the restaurant is friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience even better. I can't find another restaurant in the area that compares. It is definitely worth the drive, and I highly recommend trying it out. You won't be disappointed!
This restaurant serves satisfactory Canadian Chinese cuisine, including common dishes like sweet and sour chicken balls, General Tso's chicken, and other Westernized Chinese fare. While you won't find authentic Chinese cuisine here, if you're looking for a standard Chinese takeout option, this place provides good value for your money with generous portion sizes and decent-tasting food. It may not be exceptional, but it is a solid choice for a budget-friendly meal.
Lunch specials are super affordable and plentiful. Their food reminds me more of homestyle cooking than restaurant flavours. I have been going consistently for the past few months, sometimes getting lunch 2-3 times a week. Only 1 of those 50 times was I unsatisfied.
Delicious! Good pricing large portions. We went to pick up our food and it was ready in time and it stayed hot for the whole ride back. We got the beef lo mein and the general tao chicken.
