Viet Quan - Hamburg

My first visit here. There was a coconut soup, zucchini, aubergine, champions, bamboo and tofu. All ingredients were wonderfully fresh and also the dressing was very appealing. All for 3,90€. To the main course... grill plate, with crispy duck, shrimp and chicken on the spit, as well as salad and rice. There was a homemade, cold sauce, which was very tasty and very well seasoned. The peanut sauce on the exotic, seasoned chicken kewers was the absolute taste of orgasm. The duck, with pleasant apron, well crispy top, the meat is very tender, so on the point. The shrimps through, juicy and very tasty. The salad was fresh, crunchy and as I personally like salad. The only drop in the womb was that the salad was dressed in the middle of the rather deep plate and by the dressage, mixed with the meat juices and the peanut sauce and warmed up on the last one remains a little needy. The glued rice, which is served in a pot for sharing, is usually not my case, but was not boiled, not too hard and as rice of this type should be. All for 14,90€. I would like to have ordered the baked bananas with honey and vanilla ice cream, but the part was so plentiful that unfortunately this was not the price performance was definitely great. In addition, the waiter was very friendly although something planned (after cutlery I had to ask when the food was already on the table). The restaurant is very clean overall, from the guest room to the toilets. We'll go back there!
