The end of the story is: the hotel manager replaced the money we spend to our card. The two meals we had was´nt good as they could... It was not the best day they had, they promised to be better next time I hope and...belive, in January I´m back will see what´s going on

We're just stoping for a night and booked this through lastminute.com at a great price. It's a bit outside the centre so not much to do but this is okay for us as we're just stopping by. Parking is free so that's a great bonus....We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which had good service once we called someone out from the kitchen. I think we where the first guest for the evening. The food was okay. Nothing spectacular and a bit overpriced for what it was but our waiter Jan was great and very attentive. They have a great terrace but sadly it was a bit too cold to use it. We didn't book breakfast since we thought 19euro per person was a bit expensive. Had dinner been better we might have been persuaded. The rooms are a bit dated but the bathroom is very clean and the view over the racecourse is a great bonus. Strangely our room was set up for one despite booking for two with one small cover on the double bed and one set of towels. We called for extra and it was delivered to the room without any problems. At around 11.30pm we started hearing loud dripping from the air con. We tried turning it off several times but it just got worse so at ten past midnight we asked to change rooms. I phoned reception who first wanted to try to turn the unit off from there but since it was already off it didn't work. The receptionist said he did not know what to do, I offered that he could come up and listen or to send someone else but he said he knew what it was like. I found this a bit frustrating since it tells me it's a re accruing problem. I told him we could not sleep with this noise and he offered us a room a few doors down. This was fine but with a 4 star rating I would expect someone to bring us the new key when we change room in the middle of the night but we had to go and get it from the reception. This room was also set up for one so we took our extra cover and towels from our old room. All in all so far it's been okay so far but I would have hoped for a bit better service from the front desk. Maybe they will change my mind tomorrow at check out but for now it definitely disturbed my sleep.

The hotel has an acceptable 3-star standard (worldwide comparison) everything about it is pure implementation. especially bad need to refresh slowly

Very good and well furnished hotel. very noble. the personal is simply super beautiful and eating in the restaurant is very well dressed and delicious. for a average price, the hotel is simply strongly recommended and simply top-class. I like to come back to this hotel.

Have again spent 3 nights in nh on the slope; the rooms in the green are really great. If you see the other hotels in the middle of the city, you can enjoy the rest of here. Although something outside is the hotel super cheap to reach by subway after a short bus ride, they are right in the hotel. 10 minutes to the door. the breakfast offer improved the quality compared to the last visit also the staff was always very friendly.
