Bidrage med feedback3 times in Kebab Collection within 2 years and 3 times I was disappointed. I do not want to mention the prices directly here. I can only say too expensive. Price-performance ratio is not true. At the first visit I ordered Döner Teller to take along and because I was very hungry, I ordered too. Bauerreis for about 5 €. When I was home, I had to realize that the Bauerreis was bad and had to **** it away. Expired? a.j.F. Almost spoiled. During the second and third visit, my Döner Teller was good and wanted to eat there. However, a tactless, corrupted, unfriendly gentleman (possibly the restaurant manager) who accepted my order or questions and answered my questions extremely badly so that it spoiled my appetite. Sometimes I watch people who are complet mistakes in place at a job like this man. It should not work in service area or customer contact. He's so bad for that. He looked overwhelmed. The store had only one guest. Something else. It is rebuilt so there is no toilet at the time and you cannot wash your hands.
The kitchen's good for Turkish cookers. I just wanted to get a bite. I was hoping it would be like a fast Turkish fast fatfud, but the order was taken for a long time. The price for such an institution could be a little lower, too. It's so good to eat, drink, forget and move on.
Finally a diner shop right around the corner. After opening immediately tried. Nice place. Modern and clean. The meat skewers were cut fully automatically. The ordering system has been extended with a Pager system. The selection was very extensive. Many exotic variants. Unfortunately there was no döner under 6.50. And when the goods came, the disappointment was even greater. Too small for the price. Remove the technology and the exotic selection. Then it won't be so expensive.
I rarely post negative restaurant reviews spontaneously, as I fear that a criticism from the belly might be unfair. But in this case, I'm too sure to have another night to sleep on it. Kebab Collection is for me the overpriced and unnecessarily sprinkled version of a stinky Dönerbude. The handwritten menu hanging over the counter lists countless dishes, including 13 Döner variants (which cost between 5,90 and 6,90 Euro in the smallest version). After the two, three minutes that are necessary for studying the overloaded card, you are ordered and paid at the checkout and, as with Vapiano, you receive a buzzer that informs you when the court is ready. In no other snack I had to wait as long as tonight. The ingredients were thrown together by two employees who had to consult each other more frequently and then handed out by the cashier. This also took place: My dish, in which fresh salad was found, waited several minutes under the heating lamp until the cashier found the time to hand it to me. According to its own homepage, Kebab Collection sees itself as a system catering system, assigns franchise licenses and actively addresses investors. But from my point of view, they will only be successful if they have optimized their own system to such an extent that they do not wait twice as long at twice the price (compared to a normal dyke for food of average quality). This evening was rounded off by me after an approx. 30 minutes of restaurant stay (I also had a 2.20 Euro expensive espresso with the unfriendly question whether I was a guest before the toilet visit. Apparently, I was able to chase this convincingly enough and could therefore enter the first floor, whose toilet area was completely dark. If you have a sufficient sense of touch, the light switches will find relatively fast. Perhaps this is also a tip for the franchise Bible: Even toilets should be user-friendly. In the meantime, there are already very fit sensors for the light control. (But should you really have to explain this as a customer of franchise gastronomics?
The Kebab Collection at the Hamburger Fischmarkt is 1 A! The new design of the Kebab Collection just convinces me. The taste is inconsistent, and the quality is all above. Gourmets with harbour views are well-resolved there. The pride of Hamburger fits perfectly with the concept, I look forward to further creations. Greetings to the fish market.
