Bidrage med feedbackWe stayed at the Haerlin restaurant on 12.08.2020. A warm day and for the evening a menu of excellently trained employees who have all the pleasure in the profession. The menu with wine tasting was excellent. Noble products, best and fresh goods have been served to enjoy us. In addition, the right wines that were the perfect companion on the palate. A pleasure that we always pick up in such restaurants and keep the evenings very special. Unfortunately, Mr Rüffer was not at the table at the end. I found this very badly personally, it's just for me that the chef here goes from table to table. Nevertheless, we thank the entire team for a very nice evening. Thank you.
Like Christoph Rüffer on the record is absolutely enchanting. The menu follows a real storyline always easily 100% taste always with its own signature. No oversized sauces, not cuddling, but renal pleasures that you do not overwhelm even after seven courses. The lightness inspired me both on the plate and in the service, because even if the restaurant itself is classic, the guest does not feel concentrated in any label, but can sleep with all senses. Attention, Mr Rüffer, it is rare that I remember every detail of a menu even after three days! Thank you. PS: And again what learns me as a hobby cook.
Coffee and cake always go! Great cozy atmosphere during working hours to relax briefly.
The chairs are very cozy and the distance between the tables I find extremely decent. There you don't get a bit the feeling of eating fish in the can evening.I haven't been so fascinated by a restaurant for a long time.The correctness of the staff is truly great.What I can really support is the desserts. Both of us were there for the fifth time and tried a pinch of new things every visit.
We were allowed to be a guest for a birthday dinner two years ago. An absolute highlight, refined and varied dishes in the menu. Also the wine tasting line just fits great.
