Something time and eat nothing special, but friendly staff and open on Christmas evening. we had a niceburger and beer. can't go wrong.
We used this bar to observe the World Cup finale that we spent a lot of money eating and drinking and against ending a worker went with us from no reason historically, when the tore that she was disgustingly rude and insulting. to the point that she had upset the whole crowd. probably the worst experience of the hospitality I've ever seen. please direct this point clearly, they are not friendly, only at the bottom right rude.
We need a place to meet, meet and dine the night before our cruise departure from hamburg. We were a not very large group and joined a place where we could try the city specialities and of course refresh our travel bodies with a good bottle of beer looking, looking, I found on a well-known page where travelers write this restaurant that was at an intermediate point between the hotels where the group had been wasted. It seemed to me from the first interesting moment of the local history, from the beginning, in the reihe de lange 96 (restaurant direction) there was a carpet store. In 1983 the previous owner decided that he no longer wanted to carpet the flats of the hamburg houses and that he would give a 360 degree turn to his work so it would be better to open a restaurant different from those of the area, since he began to see a change in the look of the city and the tourists were already beginning to be seen in the area when everything was ready realized that the place had no name. the votes were made and in the end, unanimously the name of the owner's **** was chosen: frau möller famous above all for the German and Irish beers, teaches us a simple and impretent kitchen, but that does not stop having its charm. We decided, as we were in the hamburger, to try one of the most famous dishes among the crew of the ships that for centuries arrived in the city to load and download goods, the labskaus labskaus is a typical stew of the north of Germany and today it is considered a delicacy, although in the past it was part of the almost daily diet of the sailors who sailed the North Sea. When working on the high seas they had no way to keep the food fresh for a long time, so this type of puree made with salted meat, marinated beets, onions and potatoes was the only thing that could stand enough without rotting or breaking soon became popular also among the lower classes that were known to consume beans and salazones. Today the recipe has hardly been altered, although if variations have been added even from its base, supposing the puree of meat per turkey and eliminating the pickles in any way is an original dish that each day gains more adepts and in frau möller they prepare it magnificently, especially if it is accompanied by a good beer of hollin or a burger.
Eating well and spending little is difficult in hamburg. at this place we have eaten very well, a sandwich menu, a truthahn dish with eggs, kartoffels, mushrooms, speck and salat, beer and cola. we have just spent €19.90, huge and excellently seasoned dishes. try the truthahn. trust me.
