Burger & Lobster Village - Hamburg

Beautiful ambience, friendly and attentive service, good food. Very recommended.

Our reservation at Open Table was forgotten, you improvised a table for us. The service was very inexperienced, forgotten and incredibly slow. The lobster was lukewarm. The sweet potatoes Pommes and the wedges remain positive. Too bad, because with the interior the operators were disturbed.

Unfortunately it didn't come to dinner. That was a shame. Had a voucher over Groupon to get to know the store, I had to tear him apart. I regret to react to glutamate (taste booster) with breathlessness. If I had seen a card before, I wouldn't have bought the voucher. Unfortunately, there was no site where I got an insight into the food. The pictures looked good. So I noticed on the map that there were all burgers, and there was a lot of choice, except one, with flavor enhancers. Then I don't go with an unconditional appetite because you don't need more flavor enhancers today if you expect fresh and good food. Despite prior reservation by OpenTable, all places were free up to one single. I think atmosphere was welcome. Main thing the food tastes! I could not get rid of the impression that everything came a bit unloved and got the feeling that someone wanted to jump on a train (hipper Burgerladen), which is not well accepted despite good location. That's a shame, but I can be wrong. I can't judge the food because we had to go back when we had a Burgergutschein. Maybe something changes on the map. Whoever wants to try, please do it and collects his own experiences.

About groupon booked restaurant. The service did not seem very built over the voucher. A reservation must be made 48 hours beforehand. We had reservations about Open table, but apparently it was not taken into account - but we were allowed to stay. Other guests were sent away, we were lucky. The 4 courses menu consisted of salad on the plate, steak, pommes and very great to dessert there was a chocolate. Well for the evening it was okay, but once again we wouldn't visit the restaurant again
