Great restaurant in Hafencity in Hamburg. The food is truly spectacular, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented and simply very delicious. Service is warm, welcoming and professional, and Chef Ferrantino also takes time to interact with guests and he is great to speak. The dining room is pleasant and spacious. This was our third visit and can certainly give this restaurant my best recommendation.
The food was really amazing, the taste made a wonderful palette that flourished during dinner! Chapeau to the cook and to the kitchen! On the negative side, dinner lasted 4.5 hours, which was very long, on the other hand we had time to refresh the taste buds and appreciate the next course. The overall experience is still sensational. One of the best Michelin restaurants I was in.
A special evening I thought a few days later. I enjoyed this long evening very much, there was a fantastic selection of new and well-known flavors that I have associated with many memories. In addition to the tastefully perfect food and the attentive and extremely polite service, the creative and yet easy to solve kind of dressing remained in my memory. To the ambience, which was a well-selected mixture of modern and classic Mediterranean elements, the porcelain was also uniquely beautiful in the overall picture. It was mainly due to the strong color that made the many individual ingredients of the dishes in combination with many white and natural tones of the room to direct the focus on the food, while the atmosphere in the background put the subconscious into a pleasant mood. The flavors worked on the palate in a well-chosen order so that you could create a constant chain of new references and, as the name of the menu recommended, emotions. An excellent experience I will always like to remember.
