Waterstone Grill - Hamburg

The beer was hot and the first dish is a steak Alfredo with mushrooms, onion and feta. Steak was good, that's all. The 2nd plate is a smoked salmon was dry, the rice was not happy with the restaurant and our waiters went over us 7 times then finally our order.

Waterstone was great! Service was wonderful. The food was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and very kind. We made reservations and we?re seated right away. The menu has good variety including a good selection of seafood dishes. They also had specials offered as well. Great spot in Hamburg for an upscale meal.

Wonderful dining experience for our party of 7! From cocktails to entrees to desserts, we were very pleased. Our server was excellent!

Came here for our Anniversary tonight. From coming till we left everything was on point. Made reservations for 630pm got there early still sat us down. Server was great throught. Unlike other guests green beans were warm not hot. Asked them just microwave them for a minute. Instead they gave fresh hot ones and another slab of garlic butter on steak. I wish we had this in Rochester NY. Great place for a real nice dinner and ambiance. Will definitely be there again when I'm back in Buffalo. Thank you all!

I ate her tonight with my 85-year-old parents. It was really great! Judy (our waitress) was calm, patient, understanding and knew the menu perfectly! She's an angel without a wing. I also want to mention Kristin the bartender. She was super busy, but took her time to bring Mom and Dad's drinks to the table even though the bar area was full! She was calm, concentrated and happy to get the drinks on the table. Not only was the service great, but their care for the people they served was beyond the norm. DANKE for everything you do and really care. The food was excellent! Salmon and tuna entrees were amazing and the wine/tails were good. If you are near the area, stop! Great place with great food and an incredible staff!
