No A/C not much of a meal; limited drink option. I'm out.

It was great for Seafood Boil. would like to see similar events more often. Needed larger plates.

Oppressively hot not enough tables we had to carry food a long distance had to stand in line a long time

The food was pretty cold if it wasn't supposed to be. Beverage selection was very good

My star rating can be confusing. I gave it all five stars except the whole. The reason for this is Open Table or Hamburg Gaming, I don't know which, treating my reservations very badly. According to Hamburg Gaming, this Oktoberfest was free on invitation only via a postcard in the post. My reservation by Open Table was not free and I understood. I was more than willing to pay for me and my guest. When time came to check-in, Hamburg Gaming said I need a special ticket. I was then sent to the players ' Rewards-Desk. Player Rewards said I had to go to the dining area. Let's go. Back and forth. Two managers, 30 minutes and much frustration later was decided, my guest and I would be for our meal. I'm very grateful. As for Open Table...not so much. I honestly don't know where the confusion was. I had a reservation and a reservation number. Still confusion. Lower line. Do not make reservations for Hamburg Gaming Food Events via Open Table.
