Turkish Delight - Halton

Ordered food and waited for hour and half for delivery time. The food hadn’t shown up by 2.30 so we called but no reply despite the shop being open. I was put through to answer phone then allowed to ring through then answer phone again despite it stating they are open till 3. So no food delivered I am very disappointed and disgusted

Ordered online at just before 2am said 3am got to 4am still nothing got to 4.30am still nothing. I'm reporting you to trading standards and claiming a full refund your a joke of a business.

Ordered 2 kebabs and chicken nuggets at 6.30 8.35 food finally arrived kept phoning and they answered twice once to say it was 10 mins away the second its just gone out won't be using them again terrible terrible service then you can't get thru to them on the phone shocking service then the driver phoned me to say he was outside in the car why he didn't knock I will never know if you order from them make sure you give them 2 +hrs

I went into the shop to order a pizza paid £9 for a small size which is very expensive I ordered a house special which was a bit of everything but when I got it home and opened it it was not right It was disgusting Meatball and chicken couldn’t eat it I tried ringing them about 20 times then gave up Don’t order from here food is disgusting

Had a lamb kebab from here absolutely inedible, like leather. When I phoned to complain, the guy was very unreasonable and started to raise his voice at me. Terrible experience. …
