Hade de funnits mindre än en stjärna hade jag gett detta ! Fruktansvärt dåligt ställe vilket övriga betyg visar. Beställt där flertalet gånger då det... Se al feedback.
Fast service and good food. beautiful atmosphere inside and good lighting. I am very happy with my visit and will probably go again.
The burger quality has declined, but it is still much better than McDonald's. Recommended items include the Lyxshake, which tastes amazing, the Cheese'n' Bacon burger with juicy beef and bacon, and the Chili Cheese burger (be careful, it may be a bit hot). The onion rings are also delicious. However, the Chicken Wings are always fried too long and the price of the dips is high. Members of the drive-thru club can receive something extra each week with their meal purchases.
If you're visiting Sweden and craving some delicious fast food, in my opinion, Max is the place to go.
Best Swedidh fast food burgers chain is MAX (their Express machine did make a mistake though).
Unpleasant experience and attitude when ordering take-away at the counter yesterday evening. The shift leader may have had a bad day and was impatient when taking the order for my family (which takes time). When reading my receipt waiting for the food I noted him about a missing meal and a discounted shake. He was then arguing that I had not paid attention to his verbal order confirmation (which was very quick and hard to follow). It was not like I wanted the missing meal for free... A co-worker was listening and took the initiative to compensate me for the missing discount (15 SEK), which I appreciated as a customer. This resulted in the the team leader giving a verbal reprimand to the co-worker in front of me, my son and possible other guests. The burgers were fine, the fries take-away soft, but the shakes were unfortunately undrinkable with far too much syrup. Looking at the receipts today I felt I wasted my money with Max yesterday. I gave the Manager a call and can be compensated for the shakes...however he was not that interested in my main feedback about the attitude you expect as a customer and the behavior at a workplace.
