Tried the Tikka Masala kit and LOVED it!! The instructions were so easy to follow! Just added fresh sautéed jalapeño because we like it spicy. It complemented the dish very well!!

I made the Spicy Potato kit last night and WOW! SO tasty, SO spicy! My husband, a capsaicin connoisseur, was skeptical but immediately fell in love and requested I pick up some more kits at the Historic Longview Farmers Market this weekend. For the sake of transparency I 'll say that I didn 't follow the instructions on the kit; I just added the seasoning packets to a big pan of potatoes, onions, and eggplant I roasted to go alongside a pork loin, but even making it incorrectly turned out wonderfully. I encourage new cooks, trained chef, and everyone in between to give Little Hati 's kits a try!
