Right across from the waterfront .Interior is Old hand sawn timbers and brick .Warm rustic feel.The food was great with ample portions.Manhstten chowder was tasty with not a lot of potatoes but a rich tasty broth.Moms meatloaf was great .Wrapped in bacon.One in our party tried the black bean burger and loved.Drinks were great.Server was pleasant.They were short handed and all smiling and helpful.And you too it off very reasonable prices

I love the Liberal Cup! Great food and service, along with great pub fare. It's always worth a visit. I like eating food and drinking beer at The Cup.

Food and beer were both awesome. Stopped in on a whim and we were not disappointed. Will definitely be back in the future. We stopped in on Hallowell's Mardi Gras celebration. Really recommend the beer cheese soup, it's to die for.
