Everything about this restaurant is five star. Especially the food! The creamy asparagus soup was the most delicious soup I think I have ever had! The stuffed zucchini was wonderful. We had a white chocolate yogurt raspberry rhubarb dessert that was absolutely out of this...world! I highly recommend this special restaurant!

We stumbled over the restaurant and it was an absolute hidden gem. we had the 5 cursor tasting menu (which had 3/4 additional surprise courses) along with wine tasting and could not believe the worth. the food quality was exceptional, I would describe it as traditional...Austrian with flair. Moreover, the atmosphere, the facility and the service were excellent. one of the best meals of salzburg.

We found the way to italia as a night stop. were fascinated by the facility as well as the restaurant reviews and we were not disappointed. the employees were great and they even upgraded our room. everything was set up for...ours and with a small child, which is super important. we had dinner in the restaurant, I would describe it as a superb authentic Austrian charm with great service, even as it deals with our son. the food was delicious and very nice breakfast included with cooked eggs, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. it is a short drive to the old town of salzburg. it is a really nice place and they have a beautiful little garden for a cocktail on a summer day.

We had a nice lunch in the garden under the chestnuts. Austrians are proud of their tradition of hospitality, and we found the service here to be warm and friendly.
