Hungry Jacks Hallam

I went to this Hungry Jack's store at 6:30pm on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a grilled chicken but received the wrong burger. I went back to change it, and the girl working there admitted she heard me say I wanted a grilled chicken but still wanted to charge me an extra $2.80 for their mistake. I didn't think it was fair to pay extra for something they had messed up and agreed to make right. The manager got involved and refused to give me the correct burger for free, even though it was their error. I do not recommend this Hungry Jack's store to anyone as they were rude and lost a loyal customer over $2.80.

A fast hamburger lunch option that may not be very appealing, but gets the job done. Everything you need - hamburger, fries, and a drink - all under one roof.

Nothing too much to write about. Very basic and average service. Food as usual value for money. Atmosphere pretty average.

The staff were bright, friendly and efficient. The food was great. Restaurant could have been cleaner, also rest rooms.

We had our Daughters 6th B'day On Sat the 26th and Jess Was Our Host.. She was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful... This is the First Hungry Jacks Party we where really happy with.... Sorry To Dandenong for losing our Business... ...Brandon Is another young man with Fantastic Customer Service.... We Would Recommend Hungry Jacks in Hallam... We are in there all most every Sat Morn and the best Service has been from BRANDON.... You should be proud to have such a wonderful staff member.....
