I called at 11:23 am on 08/31/24 to place an order for takeout. She answered the phone, and said “hello can I help you.” Then not even one second later repeated the same question. I responded both times. It was clear that she tried to make it seem like the call disconnected. Just bc of how fast she stated the question back to back. Then hung up one second after. Not coming here any more.

Prompt service. You get a lot of food for your money. From hostess to wait staff they are attentive and courteous. Quality of food has decreased over the last few months. Food comes out burned and side order portions have shrunk. I don't know if it's under new management but something has changed there.

Food was decent and prices fair. However, the waitress never smiled and not at all welcoming. My 87 year old mother takes time to look over the menu and pick something; seemed like she was getting irritated. Noticed other waitresses were smiling at their customers but not the one we got. Noticed it other times at this restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious, stick to your ribs comfort food. Two of us had lunch for $22 total. The portion size was generous. Quick service. Highly recommend.
