McDonald's - Halifax

I have only interacted with the evening staff at this restaurant, but my experiences have always been positive. I come here for coffee once a week and it never disappoints. Occasionally, I will also have a burger which is always delicious. The staff is polite, has a good sense of humor, and my orders are always prepared quickly and accurately. One time, I brought a few friends with me and one of them jokingly said he loved the sauce so much he could drink it. To our surprise, one of the employees gave us a small container of the sauce with a straw, making our visit even more enjoyable.

I ordered 10 nuggets for dine-in but only received 8. They also forgot to include both of my dipping sauces. Unbelievable.

This restaurant is absolutely revolting. Why isn't there a manager present? The floors are dirty and the bathrooms are unhygienic. What is going on here? How is there no one ensuring that everything is clean? If employees cannot fulfill their duties, they should be replaced. If a health inspector were to visit, this place would surely be shut down.

When I asked for a burger with very little Mayo, they said politely and made my burger. When I got it, I liked my burger, but I noticed that there was too much Mayo and I don't like Mayo. If you get a burger again, I hope you like Mayo. Once again, when I went to this restaurant, I specifically did not ask for an onion. Again they said yes and made my burger. When I got it and took a bite, I tasted a very strong taste of onions. I don't recommend buying a burger because they don't bring what you want.

The staff is a bit slow and the menu is standard. Most of these restaurants are similar. Great for kids where they cater to young children.
