Rudy Olive's Fish And Chips

Had the lobster roll and it was delicious! Overflowing with big chunks of lobster! Price was in line with other lobster rolls around the area. Fries were a bit overcooked, but still tasty. It's a very casual restaurant, would like to try the outside area when the weather is better.

Read about it on line, decided to check it out, glad we did. Everything was great, the tacos were very tasty and the service was first rate, friendly and fast. Definitely going there again.

Thursday, I went to Rudy Olive’s Fish and Chips on the Bedford Highway in Halifax, Nova Scotia.I will not say they were the best Fish Chips.I will say, that they are the best I have had in a very, very long time. It was a three piece haddock order. It was $18.00 cdn, plus tax and tip.If I put the three pieces end to end, it would be about 18 inches. Under that was a good portion of golden chips. Two sides of Coleslaw.It stayed piping hot on my drive home and once the required can of Coke was supplied, I was in Haddock Heaven.Well worth the trip. Staff are very friendly and chatty.Parking: Lots of spots for the strip mall, but very busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Two spots directly in front of door.

OMG…this was THE best seafood I’ve had in a long time. Got the seafood platter and shared w/ my daughter, feel like it was enough for two….but still went for the gingerbread cake…LOLHighly recommend
