I wish I could give 0 rating to the service!! It is a great property and great location but is in a shabby state because of the greed and neglect of the caretakers 1. The person who takes the phone is never on the property 2. Darshan who is on the property is an idiot and is very rude 3. They don't give you toiletries and tea/coffee sachets and rob them 4. If you don't order food from them, you get zero service Karnataka tourism: please take action about these folks and save your beautiful properties

Just opposite the unesco heritage site Haleebeedu temple. Very spacious rooms just adjacent is the restaurent. Food was OK. Staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms: Rooms are big clean and spacious. Nearby activities: Temple, Museum, Garden, river front. Nothing more there. Safety: Safe area. But going out the hotel after evening is not advisble. Walkability: Places of interest in Haleebeedu is just opposite the Hotel. You can see the temple from the hotel. Food drinks: Restaurent is available. Food is spicy and oily. But ok. No other food option available nearby.
