Hakodate Ramen Kamomë

A beautiful place to have a bowl of authentic hokkaido ramen. the owner/cook is very friendly and we really enjoyed the warm hospitality. we were there exactly 2 years ago on 4 December 2019 and look forward to a new visit in the near future.

Directly opposite the hakodate morning market. owners work by themselves, served 10 people at the same time, all sitting in this small restaurant. cheap prices and good quality. for 1500 yen, two long fresh cockbone and a large bowl nudel. the best avenue noodle ever!

This restaurant is guided by a man who makes the kitchen and takes up the rags. the recommended noodles are the Kamome rays with crabs and inject them. this smoker uses a false basic and costs 1200 yen. I also ordered a regular nebula with pork for 700 yen. salt and soy sauce tastesramen costs 600 yen here. the restaurant is very small, but easy to find in the fish market district. it opens quite early, so I didn't have to wait when I left around 7 o'clock.

Hidden gem directly opposite the markets. must try the rams with crab fried rice and the seafood mano rays. great value for what they pay! the drinking are ugly.

This is a simple shop run by one person who does this very well. I had the ramen set, and while the ramen was good, the fried rice was outstanding! There are only 10 seats and the line goes out the door, so there might be a wait. Also, the hours might vary because sometimes the owner decides to close up early.
