Bidrage med feedbackThis place used to have a 1 star of me with the previous owners, but these new guys have changed my experience there completely enough to earn a 5 star. They are all kind and speak with you and do not seem irritated or rolling their eyes when they see that people come. Now I actually want to go and order instead of wishing that they had an online ordering option. Oh and the new fresh ingredients are also good!
Just came in (Saturday 5/16/21 at 1:00 pm) and oh my dream team. The three working engaged in conversation, listened, worked efficiently, and were awesome. I didnt get their names but they were great! Our sandwiches were exactly as we ordered and the service was incredible. These three were younger, and most likely newer to the workforce, yet provided better service than some people who have been working for 30+ years. Kudos to them for CRUSHING it and bravo to whoever is training them. Keep up the great work!
Found it unsettling that 2 children—11 and 12 years old—were working at the store alone, making sandwiches, operating the cash register, and working a commercial oven. Does not seem safe, legal, or appropriate.
The newer owners have made this subway a fantastic family business. It is great to see how the boys behind the counter are responsible and to see them truly enjoy making sure the customer is pleased. They are young but they are well on their way to making this the most enjoyable subway in the country. I’ve been to many subways and had terrible experiences with how thin my sandwiches have been but this subway prides themselves on giving you the best sandwich each time. They are covid conscious, and maintain cleanliness. The new owners are truly turning this subway around and raising wonderful children in the process.
Friendliest Subway I’ve ever been to one of the friendliest restaurants in Hailey. Food was good and fresh, store seemed clean.
