Heritage - Hail

Food quality is good but no value for money in terms of portion of food compared to other similar restaurants. Family section is quite dark and carpet for sitting is not clean. Seems very old. Family section is on first floor. There is no lift. Stairs are also uncomfortable to climb. Serving food need improvement and staff need training. Toilets are not well maintained. Family section has nothing to do with heritage as mentioned in the name of restaurant. Salad choices are very limited and side dishes which are compulsory in Arabic food like Humous and Muqabalat were not available even it is part of menu. Over all dining experience is not pleasurable.

One of Saudi traditional foods available here, must try Camel meat with rice.
