Western Sizzlin Steakhouse - Hagerstown

The best place for a steak in hagerstown. succulent, tasteful and affordable. fantastic customer service from waiter to manager. only a great culinary experience that I cannot recommend enough.

The family buffet was a big disappointment. It should have been posted that it was nothing like it was pre-Covid. We will not be returning. Going to Golden Corral in Hagerstown and Winchester and Grand buffet in Winchester. Such a big let down from an establishment we frequented weekly before Covid.

Kailee and Heather are the best of waitresses , a very sweet atitude they have ,,always wanting to help in any way they can . With them there is no waiting for drinks to be refilled and so forth . Very sweet woman to have wait on tables.

It's been sometime since my family and I have been to Western Sizzlin. The service was great no complaints. The food was good with the exception of my sirloin it had alot of fat. Not the best cut of meat for my liking.

Definitely not worth stopping here if you're looking for a buffet they have eliminated the hot potato bar there's no dessert bar and six items on the hot bar very displeased used to be one of our go to places whenever we seen a western sizzler we always thought top of the line definitely not anymore
