The Big Dipper - Hagerstown

The hot fudge cake was a little too chocolaty. I really liked the fast service and low wait time. Would recommend the mango smoothie its super good.

Amazing service from the Big Dipper! They were out of a flavor we ordered and called us to pick a replacement. So many other places wouldve just omitted that item and we wouldve had a very sad kid on our hands. Thanks Big Dipper for going above and beyond! Also, our shakes were the BEST!!!
