Philly Sandwich Co. - Hagerstown

Found my new steak and cheese place. Good food and good service. Reminded me of the cheese steaks I've had in Philly.

Food is good. My 1st order was skimpy on the meat but it was good. The 2nd order was better. I would order again

Being from South Jersey this is the closest to a philly hoagie your gonna get (they use all the correct meats and good quality). The only compliant in the bread. Fix that and you have the ideal Philly hoagie (figured out a trick to get the bread a little better. Leave the hoagie in the fridge for about an hour to harden the bread. The Philly cheesesteak is on point as well. They have it with the wiz which in my opinion makes the cheesesteak. Again the roll could be better but what can we expect living in Maryland.

Incredible fresh sliced meats, cheeses an veggies...great bread, didn't end up all sorry...you definitely get your fill when you order there..

Went to pick up an order I placed online. While the food was good the atmosphere was terrible. While I was waiting to pick my food up the manager/owner was yelling at an employee in the most despicable way. No matter what he did I don 't think any employee anywhere should be treated like that. In a restaurant full of people with zero regard for the for whether they heard or not he made the remarks you must be f*cking retarded , you are the stupidest f*cking person I ever met , I 've explained it to you a million times you will never get it , it 's right there in front of your damn face ... all while asking the employee make food and take orders at the same time.... it would have been less degrading for him to just fire the guy in front of everyone. As I said the food was good but I refuse to support a business that treats their employees in this fashion, especially in front of the public.
