Dairy Queen (treat) - Hagerstown

This Dairy Queen is trash. As someone who’s worked in the industry I understand when things get overwhelming and busy, but the treatment out of these employees was so nasty and I would never come again. The employees need to be taught how to be decent humans before they learn to improve their customer service.

We had small sundaes and the cups were much smaller than we remembered. So little ice cream for the cost. We’ve been to the DQ in Berkeley Spring and also Shepherdstown, WV and the servings are far superior. Just felt like we got robbed?. Will never go there again.

Website says they accept contactless pay such as Apple Pay, but they do not. Otherwise, it's Dairy Queen.

Usually only get the blizzard treats, occasionally splurging on a blizzard cake. Both are of very good quality.
