Black Rock Hagerstown PRIORITY SEATING

I was excited to get the priory seating for this new restaurant. My friend and I were right on time for our seating. Went in to tell them we arrived and we were told by the hostess that it would be a minute wait for out door seating and if we wanted inside. We wanted to sit outside on this beautiful night. We waited minutes, and then checked in again to be sure we were not overlooked because walk ins were being seated. Again at minutes later. This time I was more upset because they originally told us minutes now we have been waiting minutes. The hostess definitely made a mistake. Because she did apologize to me over and over, but there was zero compensation for our inconvenience. This was the first time I used open table so I am not sure if it was the restaurant or the app. Food was delicious and our server was very efficient and friendly

This is our favorite place to go on ohr monthly date nights without the kids!

Very good for a franchise. Was a little upset they were out of a few things on the menu

Our waitress was wonderful. The wait was less than minutes

We really really enjoyed the meal ! Everything we ordered was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful from start to finish. We will definitely return soon
